Solution: For users with ‘Missing Assets’ (Not Showing) on Cosmo Wallet!

Dear Plug Chain fans,

Previously we released a notice with regards to $PLUGCN Token Display Error in Cosmo Wallet here.

“It has come to our attention that many users are experiencing some problems with their Cosmo wallet not being able to display their assets after the hard fork upgrade from PRC10 to PRC20 wallet.”

We have came out with a workaround to fix this problem that users are experiencing.

Different Types of Plug Chain Cosmo Wallet

Firstly, we would like to explain to all users that there are currently 4 different types of Plug Chain Cosmo Wallets that we have released.

They are mainly:
1. Mobile App (Android Wallet)
2. Browser (plugchain.network)
3. Chrome extension
4. Windows / MacOS Desktop App

Which Wallet Should You Use For Now?

These are the 2 wallets that have already been upgraded to PRC20.

1. Mobile App (Android Wallet)
2. Browser (plugchain.network)

Which Wallet Should You Refrain from Using for Now

These are the 2 wallets that have not yet been upgraded to PRC20, they are still on PRC10.
Estimate upgrade will be done by end of this month.

1. Chrome extension
2. Windows / MacOS Desktop App

The Fix: Solution to asset not showing

1. Download Android app and choose PRC10
2. Insert your mnemonic phrase
3. Create a new Plug Chain Cosmo Wallet (Now all new wallet created will be automatically PRC20 type)
4. Transfer your $PLUGCN into new wallet address
