PlugChain ambassadors come from various industries and corners of the world, working to promote, educate, and facilitate the use of the ecosystem. They are early participants and witnesses of the PlugChain public chain’s development, and they will become core members of the future Plug DAO organization, actively participating in community governance and sharing the growth benefits of plugchain.

DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) is the best way to govern a community in the Web3.0 era, aiming for true decentralization and community autonomy by giving decision-making power to the community. We collectively uphold the consensus of the PlugChain ecosystem and take responsibility for the results of joint voting by all stakeholders.

The initial batch of global community ambassadors for PlugChain is limited, with the possibility of adding more members in the future based on ecosystem needs.

PlugChain Global Ambassador Admission Criteria:

• Passionate about blockchain, cryptocurrencies, decentralized identity, and Web3.0.
• Possess a community with a certain scale of users and local resources.
• Proficient in English communication, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

PlugChain Global Community Ambassador Responsibilities Once you become our ambassador, by completing monthly tasks, Plug DAO will provide a monthly basic reward worth 150U of PC:

• Building community groups, including but not limited to enhancing the community atmosphere, guiding positive discussions, and answering community-related questions about PlugChain. Timely sharing of PlugChain project updates, plans, news, and other content on social media platforms and within the community.
• As an ambassador, you need to be active within the community. We expect you to promote and discuss PlugChain community activities, serving as a bridge between PlugChain and our users.
• You can choose to endorse us in our official Telegram and Discord channels. Alternatively, if you have your own community, you can promote within your own community.
• Familiarize yourself with the usage of Telegram/Discord, assist in managing PlugChain’s international social media and community presence, including but not limited to Telegram, Twitter, Medium, Discord, Reddit, WeChat, and guide users on proper participation in activities.
• Answer and educate new users, promptly collect and respond to community users’ questions, and provide weekly community updates.
• Participate in PlugChain ecosystem product experiences and write experience reports.
• Recruit local volunteers to jointly maintain ecosystem development, regularly maintain relationships with overseas KOLs, expand the market, and increase users.
• Please avoid excessive use of emoticons, stickers, and simple phrases. We encourage more meaningful conversations within the group.

Decentralized Autonomous Organization (Plug DAO)

• Opportunities to become members of the Plug DAO proposal jury.

Token Rewards: Plug DAO donations (minimum $150) and Performance-based salary (maximum $500). PlugChain Global Ambassador rewards are mainly divided into PC and point rewards. Point rewards are given based on the contribution of each global ambassador to community building.

Global Ambassador Monthly Work Plan

• Each work cycle will run from the 1st of the month to the 1st of the following month.
• Payments will be processed in the first week of the next month.
• In the last week of each month, you will need to submit a “Monthly Work Summary”.
• Payments will be made in the form of donations (minimum $150) and performance-based rewards (maximum $500) or PC points by Plug DAO.

Regarding Point Rewards:

• The earned points cannot be obtained through purchase or transferred. They serve as a measure of reputation or contribution within the community and act as a threshold for participating in Plug DAO development.
• Points can be redeemed for token rewards and peripheral products.
• Points are a requirement for participating in welfare activities. The more points you have, the higher your eligibility for corresponding welfare activities.
• Points can be exchanged for PC. Monthly statistics of points earned by community ambassadors will be conducted, where 1 point is equivalent to 1u of PC.
• In the future, cumulative coefficients may be added to the points, providing more opportunities for rich rewards.
